Job Description

Fortrea seeks on-call clinical call center representatives to recruit participants for Phase 1 research studies. After one week of onsite training in Dallas or Daytona Beach, the role transitions to fully remote work with flexible, variable hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clinical study participants
• Explain research study opportunities and provide relevant information to callers
• Conduct initial phone screenings using study-specific scripts and guidelines
• Collect and enter participant demographic and medical history information into systems
• Schedule qualified participants for screening appointments and confirm attendance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years customer service, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable conducting phone conversations and following structured scripts
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy for data entry
• Ability to work independently in remote environment

Compensation: $18.00/hour
