Lead Teacher Gambrills Urgently Hiring!! Gambrills, MD We are looking for individuals who are truly passionate about teaching and guiding young children to learn to their fullest potential! • Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 45 hours of Child Growth and Development
• 45 hours in Preschool Curriculum (required if Lead for 2-5 year olds)
• 45 hours Infant- Toddler Certificate (required if Lead for 6 wk-24 month olds)
• Minimum of one year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility or 30 college credits
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development or related field (preferred)
