Job Description

A fast-growing and esteemed Developer in the area is looking for a Preconstruction Manager. This Developer has a backlog of diverse commercial projects valued up to $50M, local to the area, that stretch over the next two years. The Preconstruction Manager will be a cornerstone for the company and an integral part of the leadership team!

Preconstruction Manager Responsibilities:

* - Direct the overall planning and development of new project activities and the activities of all current projects
* - Assist in schedule development
* - Advise the client and other project team members concerning base building and internal project management. Evaluate and critique the progress of design development, budget, and schedule
* - Develop conceptual estimates utilizing market data
* - Determine quantities of materials during early stages of the design
* - Develop scopes of work for all project related trades

Preconstruction Manager Qualifications:

* B.S. in Construction Management or a Related Degree is Strongly Preferred, but Extensive Work-Related Experience will be considered
* 10+ Years Project Management and Estimating experience in Commercial Construction
* Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
* Demonstrated leadership experience
* Proficiency in the Development of Commercial Construction Projects
