Norwood Fit Body Boot Camp is looking for a rock star Fitness Coach to lead high-energy, 30 minutes HIIT-style workouts that transform lives! We're a team of four passionate owners dedicated to sharing the incredible benefits of Fit Body Boot Camp. We're all in on Fit Body Boot Camp because we love its challenging and efficient workouts, specialized programs like nutrition coaching and our 55+ Fit Body Forever, and especially our tight-knit community that feels like family. Responsibilities

• Lead the Charge: Coach high-energy, fun, and motivating 30-minute group workouts with up to 24 members per session.
• Drive Sales & Growth: Actively promote and sell gym memberships and supplements to help members enhance their fitness journey and support business growth.
• Know Your People: Build real relationships. Engage with members, their goals, and their challenges. Be their biggest cheerleader, accountability partner, and support system.
• Keep It Clean & Safe: A great workout starts with a clean space. Help keep the gym tidy, organized, and ready to rock—before, during, and after each session.
  Set Up & Breakdown: Set the stage for success! You will set up gym equipment for each session and break down at the end of the day.
• Communicate Nutrition Basics: Connect with members about the foundation of a healthy diet. Educate them about proper nutrition for their fitness goals without jargon or overwhelm.

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $35 - $45 per class based on experience and qualifications.

Job Requirements:

Certifications (Preferred but not required):
Current nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent).
Current CPR/AED certification.

Experience:
Prior experience coaching group fitness, personal training, or leading high-intensity interval training (HIIT) / bootcamp-style workouts. Experience in sales, customer service, or retail fitness is a strong plus.

Skills & Attributes:
High Energy & Enthusiasm: Ability to command a room, motivate up to 24 members at once, and maintain an upbeat environment during fast-paced 30-minute sessions.
Interpersonal & Relationship-Building: Strong communication skills to connect with members, understand their goals, and serve as an accountability partner.
Basic Nutritional Knowledge: Ability to explain foundational healthy eating concepts clearly and simply without complex jargon.

Reliability & Teamwork:
Willingness to handle hands-on gym operation, including equipment setup and breakdown, maintaining a clean and safe training space, and working collaboratively with a small, highly focused, growing team.
