Job Description

Main duty would be to maintain cleanliness in all areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out general cleaning which includes sweeping, mopping, cleaning toilet, polishing the stores, bar, kitchen and equipment.
• Responsible for ensuring the kitchen, all kitchen equipment, all surfaces, serving ware, dish ware are clean and sanitized.
• Scraping food from dirty dishes and washing the used dishes and kitchen utensils.
• Collects and removes trash from all areas of the operation and dispose of waste as per store and authority standards.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained at all times.
• Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
• Adhere to all sanitation guidelines.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Physically fit.
• 6 days work week, including weekends; Off day will be on a weekday.
• Willing to work in different outlets/locations if needed; including our Central Kitchen.

In a world of mass-produced confections, we wanted to go back to basics and bake like our mums and grandmothers used to – moist red velvet cupcakes topped with vanilla buttercream, apple pound cake drizzled with caramel, decadent chocolate brownies, warm and fudgey on the inside. The kind of scents, flavours, and textures that make us nostalgic for days gone by.
